Most of  the projects (as per client’s request) are in close working relationship with their architect or one of my trusted architects on my panel, Quantity surveyor, and or interior designer. This is only as requested by owner and if the project requires these services.

Taking on a project is taking responsibility! Our aim is to bring your dream to life by combining your ideas and our expertise. When we project manage, we are always watching. Making sure that from the first foundation being laid, to the final finish being installed; all of the details that are needed are checked and rechecked. We believe in taking the time to follow up on every aspect of the build, be that the concrete used to pour the foundation, to the colour of the locks on the front door. At every stage you will be informed and kept in the loop, after all it is your project we are building. It is always your choice to leave it entirely to us and only be told when it is done!
